Besides Cleaning we offer a growing range of Facilities Management currently working at over 35 locations for several Management Companies and Managing Sales Houses/offices and Flat complexes for builders before handover to management companies. This can be up to 2 years before the end of a large development. Daily FM includes Communal area and garden management, high rise reach and wash cleaning, Patio/drive way / brick acid washing, electrician services inc fire alarm/light testing, PAT Testing and Electrical inspection reports. Plumbing maintenance and insulation with corrosion treatments and finally basic ground works.
